West Chester, OH (August 13, 2025) – A three-vehicle crash on northbound I-75 near the Union Center Boulevard exit left three people critically injured, including one child, on Tuesday afternoon, August 12, 2025. According to West Chester police and fire spokesperson Brianna Wooten, four individuals were injured in total, with three of them sustaining critical injuries. The injured were initially transported to UC West Chester Hospital, but the child was later transferred to Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center for further care.
