First responders from Windsor Fire and Rescue arrived on the scene shortly after 1:11 p.m. and worked swiftly to aid the injured cyclist. Despite their efforts, the individual tragically succumbed to injuries at the scene. The crash occurred along a section of the roadway commonly used by both local traffic and cyclists, though the specific circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.
