Windsor, CT (January 16, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 91 northbound near exit 36 led to reported injuries and significant traffic disruption in Windsor during the early morning hours of January 14. Emergency crews, including fire and EMS units, were dispatched around 4:30 a.m. to assist at the scene.
Upon arrival, responders found both vehicles obstructing the center and HOV lanes, requiring immediate traffic management to prevent secondary accidents. Individuals involved in the crash were evaluated for injuries, though the total number of people hurt and the severity of their conditions had not yet been confirmed.
