Milford Township, OH (July 30, 2026) – One person died, and two others were hurt in a three-vehicle collision on Tuesday evening on US-127 near Eaton Rd. The fatal wreck happened around 7:30 p.m. in Butler County.
Investigators said a silver Toyota failed to yield at the intersection and struck a black SUV. The force of the collision pushed the SUV into the northbound lane, where it was hit by a truck pulling a trailer.
The SUV driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The identity of the person who died has not been released.
Investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the crash, and more information may be released as the review progresses.
