Long Beach, CA (August 28, 2026) – One person was injured on Wednesday, August 26, in a two-vehicle crash on eastbound State Route 91 near the Interstate 710 interchange in Long Beach.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident log, the crash involved a gray Nissan Sentra and a black sedan. The vehicles were blocking the HOV lane, and the Long Beach Fire Department responded to the scene.
One person was transported for medical treatment, and a tow was requested for the vehicle associated with the patient. The crash was initially classified as a collision without injuries before being upgraded to a collision involving injuries.
