Bellevue, TN (July 22, 2026) – At least one person was injured on Tuesday afternoon, July 21, when a vehicle rolled over on Highway 70 in the Bellevue area of Nashville, a suburban community several miles west of downtown. The wreck happened just before Old Hickory Boulevard, in front of the Kroger grocery store.
Crews closed part of the roadway to clear the scene, and drivers were urged to avoid that stretch of Highway 70 until it reopened. It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved in the rollover.
The cause of the rollover was not immediately known, and the investigation remains ongoing. No further details, including the extent of the injury, were available at the time of publication.

What Causes a Vehicle to Roll Over?
