Oklahoma City, OK (September 3, 2026) – A motorcyclist was killed on Tuesday morning, September 1, in a multi-vehicle crash on Southwest 89th Street near May Avenue in southwest Oklahoma City.
According to police, a motorcycle and a truck were traveling in the same direction when the truck driver changed lanes and struck the motorcyclist.
The rider was taken to an area hospital and later pronounced dead. Authorities had not released additional information about the motorcyclist at the time of the report.
Officers blocked the roadway while the crash was investigated, and crews cleared the scene. The area was later reopened.
