How Residential Fire Investigations Are Conducted
After a house fire, investigators examine the scene to determine where the fire started and what factors may have contributed to its spread. They may review burn patterns, electrical systems, building materials, and other physical evidence.
Fire investigations can take time because damaged areas may need careful examination before conclusions are reached. Information from the scene can help provide a clearer understanding of how the fire developed and what occurred inside the property.
