Police went to 2nd St and W Cumberland St around 2:15 a.m. Saturday, September 12, after receiving reports of a crash. Two people reportedly had minor injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
At least five cars showed visible damage. One vehicle came to rest on the sidewalk near a building following the accident.
