Redlands, CA (July 28, 2026) – Two people were hurt following a two-vehicle collision along westbound I-10 east of Ford Street in Redlands late morning on July 26.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch information, the vehicles came to rest on the right shoulder after the collision. One of the vehicles was identified as a white Jeep Liberty, while the reporting party was initially unsure whether either vehicle could be driven from the freeway.
The people involved later left one vehicle on the freeway and traveled together in another vehicle to a nearby address because they did not feel safe remaining on the highway. Emergency units were requested after one person was reported to be bleeding and suffering a head injury.
No names or additional details about those involved had been released as of this report. The cause of the collision has not yet been determined.
