Dover, PA (August 17, 2026) – A 20-year-old man was struck while riding a bike at 11 Meadow Road near Butter Road and Gross Avenue in Dover Borough on Friday afternoon, Aug. 14, according to dispatch reports. He was conscious following the crash.
