Uniontown, PA (August 29, 2026) – A 23-year-old Connellsville man died Thursday morning after a two-vehicle crash on Rte 119 in Fayette County. The wreck occurred around 4 a.m. in the northbound lanes, just before the Main St exit.
The Fayette County Coroner identified the man as Lee Black. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the coroner.
All northbound lanes of Rte 119 were closed for several hours while authorities worked to determine what led to the collision. Details about the circumstances of the accident had not been released in the initial reports.
