Donegal, PA (August 30, 2026) – Three people were hurt on Friday morning, August 28, in a two-vehicle crash on Rte 31 at Veterans Way in Donegal Township, Westmoreland County. The incident occurred around 9:20 a.m., according to dispatch information cited in the initial report.
Both vehicles sustained heavy damage. One came to rest on its roof, while the other had extensive damage to its roof. Two helicopters were used to take people involved in the accident to area hospitals, while a third injured person was also taken for treatment.
