Wrightwood, CA (September 6, 2026) – Four people were killed, and two others were critically injured in a fiery rollover crash early on Friday, September 4, near Wrightwood. The crash occurred on Angeles Crest Highway along the eastern edge of the Angeles National Forest.
A vehicle carrying six people reportedly left the roadway and rolled down an embankment. The crash resulted in four fatalities, while two other people suffered critical injuries and were taken to a hospital for medical care.
The identities of those killed and injured were not immediately released. The incident remains under review as officials work to determine what led to the crash.
