The incident occurred just after 3:00 p.m. on December 30 and drew a multi-unit emergency response, including Engine 7 and Medic 154.
Responders located the injured individual near the northwest corner by the 7-Eleven, a highly trafficked area close to the Tanger Outlets and Interstate 95.
