Riverside, CA (January 2, 2026) – A traffic collision on westbound Highway 60 near Market St left one driver injured late on Monday morning, prompting a medical response from Riverside City Fire and emergency medical services.
The crash, which occurred around 11:31 a.m., involved a gray Hyundai and a black Honda. According to the initial dispatch audio, at least one driver reported pain following the incident. California Highway Patrol officers were already on scene when emergency crews arrived, and AMR paramedics were requested to assist with medical care.
Although specific details about the nature of the injuries were not disclosed, the collision prompted enough concern for paramedics to transport the injured driver for further evaluation. There was no mention of additional occupants or other injuries at the time of the report.
