Long Beach, CA (January 5, 2026) – A woman was injured Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision that occurred near the intersection of Lakewood Boulevard and Carson Street in Long Beach, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash took place around 3:40 p.m. on January 4 and involved a Toyota sedan and another vehicle. The exact cause of the collision has not been confirmed, and it remains unclear how the two vehicles came into contact.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and located a female driver unconscious inside one of the vehicles. She was quickly stabilized and transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. Her current condition has not been made public.
