Chesterfield, VA (January 5, 2026) – Medics and police were called to the site of a traffic accident involving injuries early in the morning on January 5. The crash occurred in the 11600 block of Old Stage Rd, prompting a swift response from Chesterfield Fire and Rescue and officers from the Chesterfield County Police Department (CCPD).
At approximately 4:50 a.m., emergency crews arrived to assist those hurt in the crash. Individuals involved were evaluated on scene by paramedics and treated for a range of injuries. Authorities have not yet released the total number of people injured or the extent of those injuries, but all victims received medical attention.
The vehicles involved were blocking part of the roadway for a time, resulting in temporary traffic disruption along Old Stage Rd. Responders worked to clear the scene safely, and the road has since been reopened.
