The crash occurred on January 5 around 1:39 p.m. at the intersection of Juan Tabo Blvd NE and Lomas Blvd NE. Emergency crews, including Engine 12 and Rescue 12, were dispatched to the scene after the incident was categorized as a “29 Bravo 1” — indicating a traffic crash with injuries requiring medical response.
