Stafford, VA (January 7, 2026) – A vehicle slammed into the front of a medical office Monday morning along Woodstream Blvd in Stafford, leaving one person injured and causing significant structural damage to the building.
The crash occurred at approximately 9:43 a.m. on January 5 and involved a driver striking the storefront of a single-story commercial strip housing medical offices. The impact damaged the glass entryway and supporting structural components along the front of the building.
Emergency crews from Stafford County Fire and EMS arrived on scene to assess the damage and provide medical assistance. One individual was transported to a nearby hospital by Medic 1512 for injuries sustained in the incident. The identity of the person injured has not been released.
Fire crews remained on-site to evaluate the stability of the structure while awaiting the arrival of the county building official. The affected medical office was located in a middle unit of the commercial strip and sustained visible damage to its entryway and support framing.
No information has been released regarding what led to the crash or whether the driver experienced a medical emergency or mechanical failure. The incident remains under investigation.
