San Jose, CA (January 9, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a multi-vehicle collision near Laurel St in San Jose on Wednesday evening, where at least one person was reported injured and experiencing chest pain.
The crash occurred around 7:11 p.m. on January 7 and prompted a high-priority medical response due to concerns over the victim’s condition. Multiple vehicles were involved, though the full extent of damage and the total number of individuals affected have not been confirmed.
Paramedics arrived quickly to assess the injured party and provide treatment. The individual was reportedly conscious but experiencing chest discomfort, which led to transport to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation. Additional patient assessments may have been conducted on scene.
