Davenport, IA (January 10, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash in downtown Davenport left one person injured after a car overturned at the intersection of 3rd St and LeClaire St on January 9. The collision occurred around 1:09 p.m., prompting a response from Davenport Police, Fire, and Medic EMS units.

When emergency crews arrived, they found one of the vehicles resting on its roof in the middle of the intersection. Paramedics evaluated those involved, and one adult was transported to a nearby hospital for further examination. The extent of the injuries has not been detailed, but they were not described as life-threatening.

3rd St was temporarily closed near the scene, while traffic continued to flow through LeClaire St. The cause of the crash is under investigation by Davenport Police.
