Philadelphia, PA (January 11, 2026) – A young man was hospitalized following a vehicle crash reported along Conwell Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia.
Dispatch records indicate the crash occurred on January 10, shortly after 3:20 p.m. Paramedics from Medic 54B and 29B were dispatched to the northbound lanes near Conwell Avenue, where they encountered an 18-year-old male with facial injuries sustained in the crash.
The teen was reported to be alert with stable vital signs at the scene. Emergency responders arranged for his transport to Einstein Hospital for trauma evaluation. Authorities noted that the victim had a positive loss but was not on blood thinners.
Traffic was briefly impacted in the area as responders cleared the scene and ensured the victim received prompt medical attention. Details regarding the cause of the accident or any other vehicles involved have not yet been released.
