Crawfordville, FL (January 11, 2026) – A traffic accident in Wakulla County left several people injured and temporarily blocked traffic early morning at the intersection of Shadeville Rd and Bloxham Cutoff Rd near Crawfordville.
The crash took place just before 6:00 a.m. on January 10. According to reports from officials, the collision led to a roadblock that affected early morning travel while first responders arrived to assist those injured. At least one person required on-scene medical attention, and some were transported to area hospitals for further care. The severity and total number of injuries have not yet been confirmed.
Emergency crews worked quickly to clear the roadway and assist victims. Traffic was detoured while authorities managed the cleanup and began their investigation into the cause of the crash. The road has since reopened.
