Philadelphia, PA (January 11, 2026) – A 36-year-old woman sustained multiple injuries after a serious vehicle crash early Saturday afternoon near Old York Road in North Philadelphia, according to emergency response updates.
The collision occurred near the 1900 block of Old York Road around 2:00 p.m. Emergency personnel responded to the scene and provided immediate aid to the woman, who was reportedly thrown forward and struck the windshield during the crash. She complained of significant pain in her left arm, left leg, and hip.
Paramedics on site determined the injuries warranted trauma-level care. After initial stabilization, the woman was transported to Einstein Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment.
