Miami, FL (January 12, 2026) – Emergency crews responded early Monday morning to a traffic accident involving a pedestrian near Southwest 2nd Avenue in the 33130 area of Miami. The incident was reported around 3:36 a.m., according to dispatch audio.

Rescue 21 was dispatched to the scene to assist a male pedestrian reportedly struck by a vehicle. Details regarding the circumstances of the crash and the severity of injuries have not yet been officially confirmed.

Authorities remained on site to evaluate the individual and investigate the events leading up to the incident. No further updates have been released as the investigation continues.
