Detroit, MI (January 12, 2026) – A woman was seriously injured in a crash involving a blue Pontiac early on Sunday morning near the intersection of Britain Ave and Lansdowne St in Detroit, according to emergency dispatch reports.
The incident took place around 1:52 a.m., prompting a rapid response from emergency crews. The female driver was found bleeding from the head and appeared to be unconscious but breathing when responders arrived. Medics were immediately called to provide critical care at the scene.
A tow truck was also requested to assist with vehicle removal, as authorities worked to secure the area and ensure safe passage for traffic.
