Pittsburgh, PA (January 12, 2026) – One person was injured in a hit-and-run collision early on January 12 near the Jacob Center on Fleet Street in Green Tree. Emergency responders from Station 163 arrived around 4:31 a.m. after the caller, seated in a blue sedan, reported being struck by another vehicle that fled the scene.
The injured party reported neck pain and was evaluated by medics on-site. Although initial reports suggested the incident occurred on I-376, it was later confirmed to have taken place on Fleet St. Fire response was ultimately canceled, and no additional injuries were noted at the time.
Authorities have not released details about the suspect vehicle, and no witnesses were identified in the immediate area. The investigation remains active as officials work to determine who was responsible for leaving the scene.
