Nilsen Twp, MN (January 13, 2026) – Emergency crews responded early on Tuesday morning to a single-vehicle rollover crash in Nilsen Township, Wilkin County, that left two teens with non-life-threatening injuries. The crash occurred near the intersection of Township Road 201 and County Road 16.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2015 Kia Soul was traveling eastbound on CR16 when it veered off the roadway, rolled, and came to rest in a ditch. The vehicle’s airbags deployed during the crash.
The driver, identified as 18-year-old Olivia Fawn Ienn of Richville, MN, was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. A passenger, 18-year-old Ella Catlaya Dewall, also of Richville, was similarly injured. Both were transported by St. Francis Ambulance to St. Francis Health Facility for treatment.
Breckenridge Police Department, Wilkin County Sheriff’s Office, and St. Francis Ambulance all assisted at the scene. Authorities confirmed that alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
