Norfolk, VA (January 13, 2026) – A woman sustained injuries Monday afternoon following a crash involving a scooter and a black SUV at the intersection of Morton Ave and W 25th St. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly before 3:00 p.m. after receiving reports of the collision in Norfolk’s blue sector.
First responders arrived to find the female scooter rider injured and in need of medical attention. Paramedics assessed her condition at the scene, though it remains unclear whether she was transported to a local hospital for further care.
