Louisville, KY (January 13, 2026) – A collision involving two gray SUVs caused injuries and blocked part of the I-264 ramp near Taylor Blvd during the early morning hours of January 13. Emergency crews were dispatched around 3:26 a.m. following reports of a crash at both the northbound ramp and nearby intersection.
Engine 10 and Engine 12 responded to the scene, confirming a two-vehicle accident at Taylor Blvd and I-264. Both vehicles were found obstructing part of the ramp, and injuries were reported, though full details have not been released.
Crews remained on-site to provide medical care and manage traffic while the damaged vehicles were cleared. The crash caused early morning delays for drivers entering I-264 westbound from Taylor Blvd.
