Tulsa, OK (January 13, 2026) – A Tuesday morning collision in the Lewiston Gardens neighborhood of Tulsa left multiple individuals injured. The incident occurred around 9:38 a.m. near the 2000 block of S Columbia Ave, close to E 21st St, in a residential area known for moderate weekday traffic.
Tulsa Police and emergency medical services responded to the scene following reports of a multi-vehicle crash.
