Tucson, AZ (January 14, 2026) – A crash at the intersection of W Speedway Blvd and S Grande Ave on Wednesday morning resulted in reported injuries and traffic delays as emergency crews responded to the scene.
The incident occurred around 7:38 a.m., during the peak of the morning commute. Multiple vehicles were involved in the collision, which temporarily blocked lanes and prompted Tucson Fire and EMS units to provide immediate medical care to those hurt. At least one individual sustained injuries and was treated on-site before being transported for further medical evaluation.
Authorities worked to manage the crash scene, ensuring the safety of nearby drivers while beginning their investigation into what caused the collision. No official word has been given regarding the severity of injuries or whether any citations will be issued.
