Detroit, MI (January 15, 2026) – A traffic collision near the intersection of Mound Road and Sobieski Street resulted in injuries on January 14. Emergency crews, including medical units, were dispatched to the scene to assist those involved in the crash.
The incident occurred in the early afternoon in a residential and industrial corridor on Detroit’s east side. Dispatch records indicated that multiple response units were en route, and medics arrived to evaluate and care for the injured. While it is confirmed that injuries occurred, the number of people hurt and the nature of their injuries have not yet been officially released.
