Llano, CA (January 15, 2026) – A fatal multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of State Route 138 and 195th Street East claimed one life and left three others injured on Wednesday afternoon in the rural Llano area of Los Angeles County.
The crash occurred around 12:00 p.m. on January 14, according to the California Highway Patrol. Multiple vehicles were involved in the collision, though specific details about the number of occupants or how the crash occurred have not yet been made public.
Emergency responders from the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived quickly and confirmed one person had died at the scene. Three other individuals sustained injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and care. The conditions of those injured have not been disclosed.
