Hesperia, CA (January 15, 2026) – A pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle on Bear Valley Rd near Eleventh Ave Tuesday evening. The incident occurred at approximately 5:48 p.m. on January 13 and prompted an urgent response from local emergency personnel.
Authorities stated that at least one vehicle struck the pedestrian near the intersection, though the circumstances leading to the collision remain unclear. When first responders arrived, they located the victim with severe injuries and immediately provided medical assistance on scene.
Due to the critical nature of the injuries, a medical helicopter was requested. The pedestrian was subsequently airlifted to an out-of-area trauma center for advanced treatment. Their identity and current condition have not been publicly released.
