Cleveland, OH (January 15, 2026) – A serious multi-vehicle accident occurred Wednesday afternoon on State Rd in Cleveland, resulting in injuries to four individuals and a large emergency response.
The crash was reported around 4:33 p.m. and involved three vehicles. Emergency crews arriving on scene found one man in critical condition, who was quickly transported to Metro Hospital for urgent medical care. Three additional individuals sustained minor injuries and were treated on site or transported for further evaluation.
Due to the number of patients across separate vehicles, additional EMS units were called to assist. Traffic on State Rd was impacted as responders worked to manage the scene and provide aid to those involved.
Authorities have not yet confirmed the exact cause of the crash and are continuing to investigate potential contributing factors, including speed, vehicle spacing, or driver error.
