Los Angeles, CA (January 18, 2026) – A bicyclist was injured following a traffic collision on Friday evening in front of BMO Stadium in South Los Angeles.
The incident occurred on January 17 around 5:50 p.m. near the intersection of S Figueroa St and Martin Luther King Blvd. According to dispatch communications, emergency crews, including ambulance services and the South Traffic Division, responded to reports of a crash involving a bicyclist near the stadium entrance.
Paramedics provided care at the scene, working quickly to assist the injured cyclist after the impact. The extent of the cyclist’s injuries has not been released, but the call was upgraded to a Code 3 response, indicating the need for urgent medical attention.
Officials have not confirmed the cause of the crash or whether any vehicles remained at the scene. The incident is currently under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department’s South Traffic Division.
