The incident occurred on January 17 around 5:50 p.m. near the intersection of S Figueroa St and Martin Luther King Blvd. According to dispatch communications, emergency crews, including ambulance services and the South Traffic Division, responded to reports of a crash involving a bicyclist near the stadium entrance.
