Fort Worth, TX (January 18, 2026) – A devastating two-vehicle collision early Saturday morning left two people dead and a third injured near S Main St in Fort Worth.
The crash occurred at approximately 1:09 a.m. on January 17. According to reports from medics at the scene, an 18-year-old male was driving one of the vehicles and sustained injuries in the crash. He was transported by Medic 42 to a nearby hospital with complaints of back and right foot pain. He was reportedly wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, and his vehicle’s airbags deployed.
Emergency personnel confirmed that the second vehicle involved sustained heavy damage, and tragically, two occupants in that vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities have not yet been released pending notification of family members.
Medics noted that the teen driver showed signs of possible alcohol involvement, including slurred speech and dilated pupils. However, official confirmation of impairment has not been released, and the investigation into the cause of the crash remains ongoing.
