Baltimore, MD (January 18, 2026) – A bus driver sustained injuries after a traffic collision involving a transit bus and multiple vehicles on January 17 along Park Heights Avenue in Baltimore. Authorities were called to the scene just before 7:40 a.m. following reports of the incident.
Police units were requested to assist with scene management while emergency personnel responded to evaluate those involved. The driver of the bus was reportedly injured in the crash and received care at the scene before being transported for further medical evaluation. The extent of the driver’s injuries was not immediately released.
Initial dispatch communications did not confirm whether any passengers or occupants in the other vehicles were harmed. Investigators remained on scene to determine how the collision occurred and whether additional factors were involved.
