Elkhart, IN (January 18, 2026) – Emergency crews, including Medic 21 and Squad 1, responded early on Saturday morning to a reported traffic accident with injuries near the intersection of West Marion Street and Oakland Avenue. The crash occurred around 4:42 a.m. on January 17, prompting a coordinated medical and fire response.
First responders arrived on the scene to assess and treat those involved. While the full extent of injuries has not yet been confirmed, at least one individual required medical evaluation. Paramedics provided immediate care and prepared for transport if further treatment was necessary.
