Buena Park, CA (January 19, 2026) – Injuries were reported following a traffic collision late Saturday night on the eastbound 91 Freeway at the Knott Ave exit in Buena Park, according to emergency reports from Orange County authorities.
The crash occurred around 11:35 p.m. and involved multiple vehicles in the eastbound lanes near the off-ramp. Paramedics responded quickly and provided care to at least one individual injured in the collision. That person was later transported to a nearby hospital for additional treatment. Their condition has not yet been disclosed.
The incident caused significant delays on the freeway as lanes were partially blocked while crews worked to assist the injured and remove the damaged vehicles. Witnesses reported seeing several emergency vehicles on the scene for over an hour.
California Highway Patrol is handling the investigation and is currently reviewing the circumstances surrounding the collision, including traffic flow, visibility, and possible driver error. No citations or arrests have been made public as of this morning.
