Folsom, CA (January 19, 2026) – A traffic collision involving injuries was reported late Saturday night near the interchange of 5-50 W and E Bidwell St in Folsom, leading to an emergency response and temporary traffic disruption in the area.
The crash occurred around 11:01 p.m. and involved at least two vehicles. Emergency responders arrived promptly and provided aid to at least one injured individual. That person was later transported to a local medical facility for additional care. The extent of their injuries has not yet been confirmed.
Damage to the vehicles was visible at the scene, with debris scattered across multiple lanes. Portions of the roadway near the intersection were briefly blocked while crews attended to the scene and ensured the safety of other drivers.
