Greeley, CO (January 19, 2026) – A 33-year-old woman was injured in a rollover accident near the NCMC Heliport in Greeley on January 19. Emergency medical crews transported the woman after she self-extricated from the wrecked vehicle.
According to responders, the crash occurred at approximately 30 miles per hour. The woman was a front-seat passenger and was not wearing a seatbelt at the time. Both front and side airbags deployed during the rollover. She was able to exit the vehicle on her own before medics arrived.
The woman reported facial discomfort and midline thoracic back pain but denied any neck or spinal pain. Responders noted no visible trauma to her face. She remained alert and oriented throughout the evaluation, with a Glasgow Coma Scale score of 15 and stable vital signs, including a blood pressure of 135/80 and a heart rate of 110.
Authorities have not released further details on the crash’s cause, and an investigation is ongoing.
