Nashville, TN (January 20, 2026) – Emergency crews responded early Tuesday morning to a crash with injuries in the Donelson area of Nashville. The collision occurred around 7:02 a.m. on January 20 near 150 McGavock Pike.

First responders, including Nashville Fire Department medics and other emergency personnel, arrived quickly and administered care to those hurt in the crash. At least one individual sustained injuries and was evaluated on scene before being taken to a nearby hospital for additional treatment. The exact number of people injured and their conditions have not yet been confirmed.

The incident led to delays during the morning commute as lanes near the crash site were temporarily obstructed. Authorities worked efficiently to clear the vehicles and restore traffic flow.

At this time, the cause of the accident remains under investigation by local law enforcement. No further details have been released regarding the circumstances of the collision.
