Hermitage, TN (January 20, 2026) – A collision with injuries was reported early Tuesday morning at the intersection of Old Hickory Blvd and Central Pike in the Hermitage area. The crash occurred at approximately 6:21 a.m. on January 20 and involved multiple vehicles during the busy morning commute.
Emergency responders from Nashville and Hermitage arrived swiftly at the scene, where injured individuals were treated following the impact. Paramedics evaluated several people at the site and transported those requiring further care to nearby medical facilities. The crash took place near TN-45, a frequently traveled route connecting commuters through eastern Davidson County.
Authorities confirmed that at least one person sustained injuries, though the full extent has not yet been released. The intersection was partially blocked as crews worked to clear the vehicles involved and ensure safe travel for other motorists. Traffic disruptions in the area extended into the mid-morning hours.
