Rapid City, SD (January 20, 2026) – A single-vehicle rollover crash on Arrowhead Dr left several people seriously injured on the evening of January 17. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Arrowhead Dr at approximately 6:00 p.m., prompting an urgent response from Rapid City police and medical personnel.
Upon arrival, emergency responders located the heavily damaged vehicle and began treating multiple occupants for serious injuries. All injured individuals were transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and care. The exact number of those injured has not yet been confirmed.
Due to the severity of the crash, the Rapid City Police Department’s Critical Accident Reconstruction Team was activated and is now leading the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. Officials have not released the cause of the crash or whether speed, impairment, or road conditions were contributing factors.
