Philadelphia, PA (January 20, 2026) – A man sustained injuries in a hit-and-run collision that occurred near Lindbergh Blvd and Lumber St in Philadelphia on January 19. Emergency responders arrived to find one of the vehicles involved had already left the scene before their arrival.
The injured male was reported to be awake and standing, though he complained of pain in his lower body. Medics were requested and dispatched to the location to evaluate his condition and determine the need for hospital transport.
Police actively searched for surveillance footage in the area using RTC camera systems in hopes of identifying the fleeing vehicle. The scene was held for further investigation while officers documented evidence and gathered statements from witnesses.
Officials have not yet released a description of the vehicle that fled, and it remains unclear what circumstances led to the crash.
