Penn Twp, PA (January 21, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of Shartlesville Rd and Bernville Rd in Penn Township on the evening of January 19. The crash was reported just after 6:10 p.m. and involved at least one individual requesting medical attention for head pain.
According to dispatch reports, both vehicles remained off the roadway following the collision and were not blocking traffic. Medics arrived on scene to assess the occupants, and one person was evaluated for a head injury. The patient was alert and remained on-site as responders conducted their assessment.
Damage to the vehicles appeared moderate, and no entrapment was reported. Fire and EMS crews ensured the scene was safe while authorities collected information to begin their investigation into the cause of the crash.
No further injuries were confirmed, and the scene was cleared without major traffic disruption in the area.
