Ontario, CA (January 22, 2026) – Several people sustained injuries in a three-vehicle collision on the southbound I-15 near SR-60 on January 22, prompting an emergency response from CAL FIRE, CHP, and local medical teams.
The crash was reported just before 3:00 PM and involved a green Toyota Tacoma, a silver Mercedes two-door coupe, and a white GMC. According to California Highway Patrol dispatch, the Toyota was found in the gore point while the other vehicles were scattered across the right shoulder and center divider. The force of the crash led to vehicle damage significant enough to trigger crash detection technology, which alerted emergency services.
Emergency responders arrived swiftly and began assessing victims for injuries.
